Procul

I started at Procul as Product Owner, taking full ownership of features and experiments from start to finish — covering requirement definition, cross-functional execution, and close collaboration with the engineering team. Over time I grew into the role of Managing Director, taking on broader strategic and operational responsibilities for the company.

Procul is a software solution designed to help orthopedic shoemakers effortlessly track their clients, efficiently create orders and invoices, and seamlessly declare those invoices with insurance providers via Vecozo. By providing a user-friendly interface and powerful functionality, we have empowered shoemakers to streamline their administrative tasks and focus on delivering exceptional care to their clients.

I led a multidisciplinary team of front-end and backend developers, designers, and a project manager, with in-depth knowledge of Vecozo and Vektis standards. I engaged prospective clients, actively gathered their feedback, and onboarded the first companies to fully utilize the platform.

Throughout, I conducted user acceptance tests, developed a product strategy and roadmap aligned with company priorities, guided initiatives from ideation through to delivery, and managed the product backlog to enable rapid iteration.
